About Nestio
What we believe.
Building management deserves better software. These are the principles we build by.
Respect the work.
Behind every well-run building is someone doing the work. Checking an invoice. Following up on a payment. Answering the same question again. That work keeps a building running, and it deserves good software. Nestio exists to make the everyday work of building management easier to do well.
Make every euro clear.
Shared money needs clear answers. What was spent? How was it divided? What has been paid? A balance alone is not enough. You should be able to follow it back to the expense, the allocation, and the payment. We build for accounts you can explain, not just numbers on a screen.
Build for real buildings.
Greek apartment buildings have their own rules, histories, and exceptions. Millièmes, heating allocations, reserve funds, owners, and residents are part of the daily work. They belong at the heart of the product. We start with the way your buildings actually operate and design from there.
Give time back.
Copying the same amount between a bill, a spreadsheet, and an email is work a computer should do. Software should carry information forward, catch avoidable mistakes, and make the next step easier. The point of automation is simple: less time moving information, more time looking after buildings.
Keep people in control.
Speed is useful when you can trust the result. You should be able to review a charge, understand a calculation, and know what happens before bills go out. We believe automation should help you make decisions. Responsibility stays with the person who knows the building.
Include the resident.
A bill is part of a relationship. People deserve to understand what they owe, see what their building spends, and find their payment history without making a phone call. Clear information helps residents and management offices work together. Transparency should be part of the everyday experience.
Care about the details.
A readable amount. A clear label. A useful error message. The small things matter when you use a tool every day. We care about how Nestio looks because we care about how it works. Good design helps you find the right answer and move on with confidence.
Stay close to the work.
The best product decisions start with a real task in a real office. We build from Thessaloniki, with Greek building management at the center of our thinking. Our job is to listen, question our assumptions, and keep improving the parts of the day that still take too much effort.
