Payment matching
Strong identity and amount evidence let Nestio apply an incoming payment automatically.
Each reminder reaches the right person.
Collection-date reminders reach the responsible office user the day before. Unsent-bill reminders help the team finish a billing period.
Overdue-bill reminders are a separate, per-building choice for residents. They cover eligible sent, unpaid bills and verified recipients, using the day milestones you set.
The product principle
The bill arrives. The source stays attached. Your team reviews the next step.
Clear matches, automatically applied.
Nestio checks who paid and what they owe. High-confidence matches are applied automatically; uncertain transfers remain available for your team to review.
Tomorrow’s collections, in your inbox.
Enable “Remind me” on a collection date. The responsible office user receives an email the day before, with collections on the same day grouped together.
Follow up on overdue bills, on your schedule.
Enable reminders per building, starting with suggested milestones of 1, 7 and 14 days overdue. Choose up to five values from 1 to 90 days. Eligible unpaid bills are grouped into a resident email, with sent milestones recorded to avoid repeating the same reminder.
Set the rhythm for billing reminders.
Remind your team 3, 10 and 20 days after a billing period ends, by default. Adjust the schedule to suit your office; reminders concern periods with unsent bills.
The right reminder, with its context.
Notes and billing notifications stay connected to the person or building they concern. Each teammate has their own read and unread state.
New DEI imports appear in notifications with the building they belong to.
Choose how many days after a period ends to receive reminders while bills remain unsent.
Attach a date or recurring reminder to a person’s note, then return to the conversation when it is due.
