Offline Field, document scanning and your resident portal
Oct 2026 · through 10 Oct- Download the assigned Field day while online, then queue cash and visit outcomes offline; entries stay pending until sync confirms them
- Photo and PDF document intake for office owners and administrators, with suggested expense details, duplicate review and confirmation before saving a draft
- Issuance-only mode at building creation for expenses, allocation and printed common-charge statements, without tracked receivables or payments
- One verified resident-portal hostname per workspace, where available, with published welcome text, logos, colours and public contact details
- Optional per-building overdue reminders with configurable day milestones, consolidated resident emails and recorded sends to reduce repeated follow-ups
