A building is more than an address.

The apartment register

Building setup

Details for each apartment

Keep the apartment’s floor, area, shares and operational status together, with separate allocation fields where configured.

See what still needs completing.

At building creation, choose full management or issuance only to match the service your office provides. Issuance only covers expenses, allocation and printed common-charge statements without resident debt or payment tracking.

Then check apartment setup, shares and heating coefficients. Use mass edit to complete missing fields; readiness follows the building’s allocation methods.

The product principle

The next billing period begins with the details already in place.

Enter shares in the format you have.

Use thousandths or decimal values and check the projected building total. The other apartments and the current entry are shown together.

Review the effect of disabling a unit.

In mass edit, disabling an apartment can adjust shares across the remaining apartments. Review and confirm the redistribution before applying it.

Keep the heating study close.

Store fi and εi with their source and the engineering-study date. The coefficients stay attached to the apartment they describe.

Find the CSV error before it becomes a record.

Import feedback identifies the row and field that need attention. Correct the file and preview it again before confirming.

The apartment stays. Its people can change.

Keep owners and tenants linked to the right apartment, with a role and relationship dates for each person.

Keep building and apartment records together. Use bulk editing when several units need the same pass.

A better starting point for every building.
