Communication & contacts
The people linked to a unit
See the owner and tenant attached to an apartment. Each person keeps their own record and contact details.
The message has a history, too.
Check who received an email, when it was sent and its delivery status. Recorded opens add context for a follow-up; they are not proof that someone read the message.
Keep bill notifications and other office messages traceable through the communication log.
The product principle
One person’s record connects the apartment, the role and the next conversation.
A role belongs to the apartment relationship.
Choose owner or tenant when linking a person to a unit. The same person can hold a different role in another apartment.
Keep the owner informed, too.
Enable copies of tenant bill emails for an owner with current tenants. This notification preference does not change who is charged.
Keep useful context with the person.
Add notes to the person’s record, so practical details from a conversation are there for the next follow-up.
Identify the building’s manager.
Mark a person as a building manager separately from their owner or tenant role. This identifies a building responsibility—not a workspace administrator account.
