1.5Collection planning & trips
From office plans to building collections.
Schedule collections and assign routes. Collectors check live balances and record cash on their phone.
See how it worksOne collection day. Every step connected.
Prepare in the office
Collect in the field
A schedule that fits the day.
Review suggested slots against working hours, closed days and collector capacity. Keep issuance workload visible alongside the collection agenda.
Save the route. Hand over a clear day.
Choose the day’s buildings, calculate the route and review the ordered stops. Save the planned route and assign it to a member of your office.
The collector receives the saved stop order in Field. Later changes to planning filters do not rearrange an assigned trip.
The product principle
A planned visit becomes a recorded payment.
Plan normal days. Review exceptions.
In the opt-in planner profile beta, define normal and overflow days, collection capacity and issuance hours. Review proposed exceptions before saving. Where DEI readiness applies, check the available bill evidence before issuing.
Check the road before you assign.
Road checks show distance and driving time for the chosen stop order. Review the route, save it and assign a collector; a road check does not promise the shortest possible route.
Keep collecting when the signal drops.
Download your assigned day while connected. Field keeps downloaded balances available and queues cash entries and visit outcomes. Reconnect to sync; a queued entry remains pending until Nestio confirms it. Keep the browser’s site data until the queue is clear.
Know when a cash entry is confirmed.
Review the person and amount before confirming cash received. Only a confirmed payment reaches the office ledger. If a sync result is uncertain, check or retry the pending entry before recording the same cash again.
Take the route sheet with you.
Download the branded route PDF as a companion to the day’s stops and balances. Keep visit notes in Field so the office can follow up after sync; marking a visit complete does not record a payment.
The office and the collector. Working from the same records.
Set issuance hours and collection hours separately, with capacity for each workflow. Field opens in a mobile browser with your existing login. Connect to download the assigned day before leaving, then keep working with that downloaded day offline.
Review capacity, period readiness and suggested dates before committing the schedule.
Download the assigned day before setting off, review cash entries at each stop and reconnect to sync pending work.
Review trip outcomes separately from recorded payments and follow up where a visit remains unfinished.
