Payment & identity
Sign in with email
Residents use their verified primary email and a six-digit code. Access requires an active person record linked to an apartment—no separate password to remember.
Show where the amount comes from.
A resident can see a building expense alongside their allocated share. Filter by building and period to put the numbers in context.
This is a read-only view. Your office controls whether additional expense status and due-date columns appear.
The product principle
The bill, the explanation and the next step—in the resident’s hands.
Your office, at its own address.
Verify the domain, preview the resident portal and publish its branding when ready. One active hostname is supported per workspace, subject to availability and capacity. Residents still use email-code sign-in; the email sender domain is configured separately.
Keep a copy of the bill.
Open the bill detail and use Print Bill to view its printable document. Charges, payments and the remaining amount stay together.
Look back at recorded payments.
Payment history shows the date, amount, method and the bill or periods a payment covered. Residents can check the record without asking for it again.
More than one building. Still one person.
Residents linked to apartments in several buildings can filter their bills by building. Access follows their apartment relationships, not the office’s full portfolio.
Building updates, within reach.
Published announcements give residents a place to catch up on what is happening in their building.
Filter by building and review the bills and expense shares available for your apartments, even when you are away.
Open the bill, see what remains and check earlier payments. Where the office enables online payment, continue to checkout from the portal.
Publish the office’s public contact details and portal identity so residents know who manages their building and how to reach the team.
